Sun Seeker Farm
Sun Seeker Farm is nestled in the South Toe River Area, surrounded by the Black Mountains of Western North Carolina, and seven miles north of Mt. Mitchell. Our first season begin in Spring of 2022—growing primarily cut flowers for market. We have since expanded offering CSA subscriptions as well as floral design for weddings.
Our farm is unique in that we grow on a terraced, southern facing slope, which allows for maximum sun and drainage. Our farm is solar powered and surrounded by hundreds of acres of the Blue Ridge Conservancy. We primarily serve customers in Burnsville, NC and the surrounding area including Celo, Marion, Mars Hill, Spruce Pine, Bakersville, Weaverville & Marshall.
Flower thoughts
My education and former career in design and fine arts has given me a unique eye for floral design. I love combining unexpected colors, textures & shapes to create artfully design arrangements that are both unique and long lasting.
